Privacy Policy
Cập nhật lần cuối: 29 tháng 7, 2026
This policy explains what information SoCal Home Health collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect as little as possible, use it only to help you, and never sell it.
Information we collect
You can read every guide and use every tool on this site without giving us any personal information and without creating an account.
We only collect personal information when you choose to send it to us through our contact form. That includes your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, what you need help with, and anything you write in the message field.
Our tools do not send us your answers
The calculators and check tools on this site (such as the Cost-of-Care Calculator, Program Finder, and Care-Needs Check) run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not saved and are never sent to us or to anyone else.
How we use your information
If you submit the contact form, we use your information to respond to you and to connect you with a trusted local home-health provider who serves your area, so they can follow up about the help you asked for. We also send you a copy of your request for your records.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the local provider helping with your request.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-respecting website analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand which pages are helpful and how the site is performing. This collects general, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring site.
We deliberately do not send any health information, form answers, or the specific care topics you read about to analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How your information is protected
Your contact-form submission is sent over an encrypted connection and delivered by a reputable transactional email provider. We keep it only as long as needed to help with your request.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging care for older adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and rights
You can use the entire site without submitting any information. If you have sent us a request and would like us to update or delete your information, contact us and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
